Selection Process

The selection process for IB Recruitment 2023 will consist of the following stages:

1. Written Examination: The written examination will consist of two papers: Paper I will be on General Intelligence and Reasoning, and Paper II will be on General Knowledge and Current Affairs.
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates who qualify the written examination will be called for a Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The PET will consist of the following tests: 1600 meters race, 800 meters race, and push-ups/sit-ups.
3. Interview: Candidates who qualify the PET will be called for an interview.
